Yes! The Constellation awards - Canada’s Fan awards for ‘Excellence in science fiction film and tv’ have had their annual awards, and Supernatural won Best tv script for ‘What is and What Should Never Be’. They didn’t perform too badly in other areas either. Below you’ll find the other categories that supernatural was nominated for. Personally I would have voted for Supernatural to win in all categories :D but then again I might be slightly biased!

Head over to their web page Here to discover the other results. Oh and just in case you’re wondering why I added the Best Female Performance image… Samantha Smith aka Mary Winchester was included in the category. :D

Supanova: Jared’s panel

Posted by: Winchesterxgirl   in Jared Padalecki, Video

I’m finally back to earth after the Supanova con in Sydney, so I thought it was time to post a link to Jared’s panel and reports from the convention for those of you who may not have seen them. You can find a wealth of links over at supernaturalwiki/Supanova Sydney for everything you may have missed.

Supanova have also uploaded their video of Jared’s 45 min Q&A also over at youtube

The whole weekend was fantastic.  Jared seemed to be gaining the love from the Jensen girls left, right and center and even stuck around to sign through his breaks because of the sheer volume of people waiting in line for him.

Don’t forget to check out the links above for con reports, videos, and photos of the weekend.

JARED PADALECKI ADDED TO SYDNEY SUPANOVA LINE-UP

Posted by: Winchesterxgirl   in Jared Padalecki

The latest announcement from Supanova:

09/06/2008 Following the postponement of ‘Heroes’ actress Hayden Panettiere’s Australian appearances, a new star is shining in the Supanova Pop Culture Expo line-up: JARED PADALECKI, who plays Sam Winchester in the Ten Network’s Supernatural, has joined us for our Sydney expo! All Sydney SUPA-HERO PASS benefits are therefore transferred to him.

As well as his feature role in the spooky new series, Jared also appeared as Dean Forester in TV’s Gilmore Girls, and in the movies House of Wax with Paris Hilton, New York Minute with the Olsen twins, and in the upcoming remake of Friday the 13th.

Check out Supernatural (Season 3) on Ten, then come along and see Jared at Supanova. Meet him in person for an autograph, or catch his panel on Sunday June 22 to hear Jared’s exclusive behind-the-scenes anecdotes from two of TV’s most popular shows.

Apology to Perth fans: It was initially presented to us that Jared would be available for both the Sydney and Perth events, but due to the scheduling of his next season on Supernatural, we unexpectedly had to renegotiate and Jared can only make it to Sydney. This led to his announcement and then disappearance from our website while negotiations were readdressed. We’ll make it up to you one day, Perth - we promise!

Sorry to all those Jared fan’s in Perth who can’t fly to Sydney, I know how much you must have all been looking forward to seeing Jared.

New interview with Sera Gamble

Posted by: Winchesterxgirl   in Articles & Reviews

Blogcritics Magazine T.V/Film has a New Sera Gamble interviewfor those who aren’t scared of a few minor teasers for season 4. I say teasers, because they relate to information already on the internet and throughout fandom.

Sera dodges specifics quite happily. “I’m pushing for fewer spoilers this season. I know, I know, it’s a losing battle, everything ends up on the Internet these days. If it were up to me we’d put out all fake sides. Out of love for the fans. Because we want you to be as excited by the reveals as we were in the writers’ room when we were figuring them out.”

Personally I love Sera’s writing and was excited to read a new interview, I cant wait to see what they have in store for us in season 4!
